Add support for creating thumbnails from pages of PDF files.

It creates a thumbnail of the first page by default, or you can choose the page by passing the --page parameter.

$ create_thumbnail my_file.pdf --page=3 --width=250

Omitting the --out-dir parameter now creates the thumbnail in your current working directory, rather than failing.

Pin the version of the image crate to 0.25.8; there’s an issue with artefacts in JPEG images in 0.25.9.

This fixes a regression in v1.1.0.

You can now pass --width and --height together, and the thumbnail will be the smallest image that fits inside that bounding box.

Pay attention to EXIF orientation in input images, so thumbnails have the same rotation/reflection as the original.

Fix a bug where the tool couldn’t create thumbnails of animated GIFs if the thumbnail would have an odd width/height dimension.
