Encourage a smoke- and scent-free environment
Smoking and strong fragrances can be an issue for people with allergies, so ask attendees to check their smells at the door.
Cigarette smoke is a problem for people with a range of allergies, as well as being generally unpleasant. Try to keep cigarette smoke out of the main conference areas.

Similarly, strong fragrances and scents can cause allergic reactions or trigger migraines. You should ask people to attend without fragrances, to avoid anybody being taken ill.
